Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days from the delivery of the package to return the package to us. If your return is eligible for a refund, the refund will not include shipping charges. It may take up to 15 business days after you receive our email before you see the refund on your statement.
When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by
email, within a reasonable time, if you are entitled to a refund. We only accept returns of new and unworn items. Any traces of wear (stains, dust, removed label, crumpled materials, traces of dirt) present on the item and/or on one of the original packaging or box do not allow eligibility for reimbursement. Finally, if the white collector 's zip tag on each item is removed, we will not be able to reimburse you.
To be eligible for reimbursement, you must imperatively return the perfectly new item with its original packaging (shoe trees, tags, labels, stickers, laces and any other accessory) in its original box.
You are free to choose the carrier of your choice. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. In addition, we are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit.
Any refund request must be reported by e-mail to our customer service at support@lecollectionneur-shop.fr within 14 days from the day of your order.
