Who are we ?
Today, sneakers have become a global phenomenon. However, with this success also comes the proliferation of counterfeits , which can be difficult to distinguish from genuine products.
It is in this context that we decided to create The Collector: a team of enthusiasts at your service with the aim of making your job easier with just a few clicks.
Our mission: To share the culture of sneakers by offering you authentic pairs thanks to our knowledge of the market.
Authenticity
We pay particular attention to the authentication of sneakers. All the pairs we sell on our site are brand new and guaranteed to be 100% authentic.
After obtaining the pairs of sneakers via our trusted network , each pair that arrives at our premises is then thoroughly inspected : seams, labels, soles, materials, laces, traces of glue. Everything is combed through to eliminate any possible counterfeiting.
Once the pair is authenticated, we write a handwritten certificate of authenticity . Placed in the box, it guarantees you an authentic pair with all the original accessories and packaging.
We work with a network of trusted dealers, which we have developed over time to provide us with the latest models.
In addition, thanks to the large stock of sneakers that we have accumulated, we are able to authenticate the pairs in great detail and we can easily compare them with the similar pairs that we already own.
Finally, our Instagram page is followed by more than 10,000 subscribers . We also have a Trustpilot page with verified reviews that you can check out anytime.
Delivery
Our partner for the delivery of our parcels in France is Colissimo . All our packages are insured . The package is delivered directly to you against signature . You can track it at any time with the tracking number .
We deliver in France in:
- 72h: for all sizes marked Express 72h.
- 3 to 12 days: in metropolitan France for other sneakers
We deliver abroad within 3 to 15 working days depending on the country where you live.
- Delivery is free in mainland France.
- For countries belonging to the EU the price is 15€
- For countries outside the EU count 79€.
Cancellation, Return & Refund
You have one hour from the time of your order to cancel your order.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item to us. Once the return has been validated by our team, you will be reimbursed on the same means of payment with which you placed the order within 72 hours.

Payment
The means of payment authorized on our site are: PayPal, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Amex.
Pay in installments free of charge?
It's possible ! With Clearpay, you can pay in several monthly installments at your own pace, in 3x free of charge !
After adding the product to cart, fill in your contact & delivery information. At checkout , select Clearpay. You will then be redirected to their secure site where all you have to do is fill in your bank details to confirm the order.
